That sounds like a lot of money and a lot of work, but it’s really more like $400 in your pocket. After you remodel, you have the house to do it in but you also get to enjoy the time you spend on it. Also, depending on where you live, you could either be able to save a lot of money on your remodeling or it may not be possible to save you much at all. So if its impossible, don’t do it.

The developer that did our renovation we worked with is one of the best. He has a pretty extensive background in remodeling. And we went along to give him a hand because he had an impressive building and he was willing to spend time on it. He really went to work on it and did an amazing job. We were a little disappointed with how much work we put into it.

Of course, we could have done it ourselves, but we wanted to help the developer that is doing it. So we were willing to do some “breathing room” work for him. The developer had to come to Utah to do the painting, and we were the only people there for that. It was pretty simple, so we put a few things together and it was a project that was complete.

That said, we had some time to kill, so we decided to just get out a bit early and do our own thing. We did a few little things around the house, but our favorite thing to do was to pick up a couple of things that were around the house that we didn’t own and paint them. It was a bit of a challenge, but it was a fun challenge.
