The grubb funeral home that you see in the trailer is the funeral home that your ancestor was murdered in. The game was developed by a British company, and the developers are British. A lot of the staff are British. In the trailer, we see the staff of the funeral home going about their business when we see that a woman is standing in the doorway. This is not a grubb. This is a grub.
I think that’s just another way of saying that the game is a zombie game (though with an English lilt). The grubb funeral home is a place where people who die get cremated. This is a sort of memorial service for your ancestor, and in the trailer the staff of the house are walking around the house while looking very solemn. The grubb is the dead person.
