It’s not an exact science. The bath house isn’t even sure how its structure will work together yet. It’s just one of a number of things that must be done in order to get the job done. The game is very similar to the classic ‘Bathhouse’ games like ‘Space Quest’ and ‘Doom’ in that you can clean yourself and then go into the bath house again and play. The game also requires you to walk through the bath house and wash yourself, which is a bit different to the traditional style of time-looping games, in that you don’t completely wash yourself all the time. This can help alleviate the frustration of the game.

It’s a little weird that the trailer focuses on bathhouses and not the bathroom, because the bathroom is something that is very important to the plot of the game. The bathhouse is where you wash yourself and the bathroom is where you use a shower. The bathroom is also the scene where you get your best outfit in the game.
To quote my great grandma, “It’s not a good idea to spend any time on washing yourself.” It’s a good idea to get a good outfit though.
