The sossoman funeral home was a dream for me when I first visited the city of Memphis, Tennessee. It was the most beautiful, quiet, and peaceful place I have ever been. It was also full of people who were so happy that they were having a funeral. I can’t imagine leaving the country without visiting one of these houses. I was so sad when I left and was sad to leave, but I vowed to return and thank the people who helped me.
The sossoman funeral home is just such a place. The people are so happy and so genuinely excited for you that you are immediately felt as “other” and somehow a bit “less important.” This is a huge part of why I think the sossoman funeral home is so special and why I love it so much.
