So what else can we say about us? We are a remodeling, construction, and renovation company in central Maryland. We started as a remodeling company back in the 1980s, and we never stopped building. We have been renovating, constructing, building, and renovating homes for several years, and we can do anything with the right set of tools and the right contractor.
We’ve been renovating and constructing homes for three decades. And we really can do anything with the right set of tools and the right contractor. That’s what we’ve found in our long and hard journey building, remodeling, and renovating homes in central Maryland.
We know that many people will get the impression that were just some generic remodeling/construction/rehabbing companies. That is not the case. We have been in business for over 30 years, and weve been building, remodeling, and renovating homes for three decades, and we can do anything with the right set of tools and the right contractor.
Weve found that people are more likely to refer us when they want to get a contractor to do a major renovation or re-paint a room of their own. Weve found that this is often because the company they are looking for has been in the remodeling business for a while, or is in the business of renovating or building houses. Weve found that it can be difficult to tell the difference in some of our more experienced contractors.
In our experience, the renovation industry has a hard time separating the difference between a company that is in the renovation business from one that is building houses. It’s hard to tell the difference in the first place. We’ve found that often, they can be difficult to find because they don’t advertise that way. Or they might just be lazy. In our experience, most companies are more concerned with the renovation of existing homes than building new ones. They have their own ways of making money (sometimes legitimately, sometimes by misleading people into thinking theyre doing something else), they dont advertise this, and theyre more concerned with building jobs than building homes. These are two very different things, and we think youll be surprised at what you end up getting.
This is why a lot of construction companies are located in cities that have no real infrastructure or services for building homes. They use “revolving door” companies that are basically just front companies for the original companies. They take the money from the original companies and use it to pay for the renovation of the home. For example, if a company wants to build a new home in a high rise, they might offer to renovate the existing home and pay for the entire renovation.
