Richmond remodeling company has been in business more than 30 years.
The company’s owner, Jim Berenson, was a developer when he started remodeling buildings in the late 1990s. He’s been in the remodeling business since then.
Berenson has been thinking a lot about his business over the years, and the decision to remodel buildings is one of those things that has always bothered him. He says, “I think the remodeling business is a great business because it’s a long-term adventure. One brick in a house can last a long time. In the remodeling business, you can work around problems that you have, which would be impossible to do in a normal business.
This might sound odd, but I’ve always found remodeling to be a bit of a waste of time. I can’t think of any business that’s a better way to waste your time. As a contractor, you work on a schedule and can spend any given day doing something you’ve always wanted to do. You can have a ton of fun. You can be successful and make money. And you can have a lot of fun.
If you dont have the time to do what you want to do, you can always hire others to do it for you. This is exactly what we do in the remodeling business. We are what you would call a “virtual remodeling company”. We take on all the extra work for the owner and help him out around the house. We have a team of contractors that are all pretty good and we work together.
To be able to compete with other remodeling companies, you would need one of the top remodeling companies. But I don’t think that’s the case. I think there are a lot of remodeling companies out there. They are not all the same. Some are just plain worse than others.
We could probably get a contractor to come in and do a remodel of our house. If we had to have it done right, we would have had a contractor come in and do it. We would have had a remodel company come in and do it before us. But it doesn’t have to be the cost of the contractor. The cost of doing it right, you would have to be able to pay the contractor.
I think that’s a fair point. There are so many different ways to remodel that it depends on the type of contractor. For example, some have very specialized skills. Some are just hired guns who never even touch a paintbrush, so they don’t know how to properly clean it. Some are just hired guns who know the ins and outs of a particular paint.
The average home is worth $400,000. Well guess what? All you need to do is to remodel it, and you can get a lot of money out of it. I know this from my own experience. I have been working in construction for over 10 years now. If I told you that I had the money to remodel a home in the same amount of time, you would be surprised.
We’re talking about remodeling a home. Which is a lot of work! So much so that many of us find ourselves thinking more about getting a new home than remodeling it, though that may just be a result of our busy schedules.
