The log home has always been my favorite type of home as it is the one that has a more traditional look, yet still has a certain charm and character. I have a few log homes in my possession, and this is the one that I painted after moving into my old house.

I have to agree with The Dude that log cabins are not a very good idea if your logs are being washed to be hauled away for construction.
