Omaha has a great concept for a bathroom remodel. We call it a hybrid bathroom. It consists of a tub and a stall shower in the bathroom, with the tub making use of a large amount of space on the other side of the shower. The bathroom floor is then tiled with a concrete slabs that are slightly larger than the existing floor, so when you’re in a stall you can lie down and take advantage of the shower, while standing up you can still see the floor.
The idea of this hybrid bathroom concept is to make your bathroom feel like a bedroom and your floor like a living room. This makes for a much more efficient usage of space. It also reduces the need for a separate kitchen and dining room when youre eating, sleeping, or entertaining.
So far the most common bathroom remodeling idea is to use a small tile shower (the kind you find under the sink) and then install a bigger shower in the main room. This is a good idea, but I think you could probably do it with just a shower in a larger room. It just gives the illusion of a larger room and lessens the need for the kitchen and dining room.

You will need to hire a professional remodeling company to do the work. This is because most of the work is hidden beneath the concrete. The contractor will go over the room with a flashlight and show you the best places to work on the remodel.
I have always felt that this is the best way to do remodeling and since I have done a lot of it myself I can tell you for a fact that if you hire someone, you will spend a lot more time and money.
