But if it wanted to tell a story about Home Depot’s safety policies, it would have done a better job of advertising its own policies.

Now I don’t know about you but I’m pretty sure that if I had a home depot oil filter I would still be using it. I know what it is, I know how it works, and I know how to replace it. Maybe if it was a house with automatic shutters and I just had to drive around with a tool to unzip the shutters it would be fine. But that’s just me.
