The family has been able to turn the old chateau, and their business, into a real estate investment opportunity with an average return of over 30% per year. We can’t say that we’re loving the chateau kitchen because we’ve been there before, but the kitchen is quite large, so it’s not that we’re trying to make it small but we definitely want to put a few things away. As part of the kitchen, there are a few other things that are important to note: the stove is gas, you have to pay $11,000 for the home, and you have to choose your own cabinet and sink styles. You can get a few different finishes and accents in the chateau kitchen, but we would like to keep the kitchen more simple and uncluttered.
