I was lucky enough to build the most beautiful basement this side of the country. I spent the better part of a year building the best basement of all time, and the thought of not having finished is difficult to take. For example, there is no way that my mother would entertain guests in the same room that she slept in. She would have to move to another room to have a party. She knows this, but as a result she has a huge variety of rooms to choose from.
In fact, my mother and I own two different rooms that have the same layout. That’s one of the things that sets us apart from other families. There are other families that just leave rooms that they don’t care about and have guests bring their own furniture. That’s a total waste of money.

You also need to have the energy to do it well. That means doing it in a way that will minimize the amount of time you spend on the paint.
Well, I guess you could do it yourself if you wanted to. But if you really wanted to impress your real-estate agent, you should get a professional to do it for you. Maybe they can come to your house. Or maybe they can come to your house and paint it for you. Either way, getting a professional to do the work is a great way to improve the quality of the home.
