For things not as important as the house, you can always consider selling, donating, or giving away your stuff. It doesnt have to be on a big sale or auction either. You can always use it for something youd like to put in your house.
As always, I also recommend looking into other methods of saving your home. One of the easiest ways to save a room in your house is to get rid of your own junk. If you get rid of your stuff, then you have a room that has a lot less stuff to organize, so you can focus on organizing it. You can also rent a storage unit, a garage, or even a backyard shed, depending on what you want to do with the room.
If you want to use your basement to store something in your house, you could always use it for storage. You could also use it for storing things that you won’t be using again.
