We spent a few evenings in aaa in cerritos and it was a nice atmosphere, with a friendly staff and an atmosphere that was fun to be around. We went to poblano al vapor which is a really good restaurant that has a nice exterior and interior, and it is right on the beach.

For Cerritos, we found a place that we like called the Barrios de Cerritos. They have a buffet, and its quite nice. Not expensive at all but its not the cheapest place in town. You can always get a good meal at the buffet if you need one. The price of food is quite reasonable.
