I love to use transfer sprays to finish our furniture in a variety of ways. One of my favorite uses is to use the transfer sprays to apply a finishing coat over bare fabric. I can then paint it with the same finish, or I can rub it on with a brush.

The idea is that you can use a paintbrush to apply a finish to a fabric, and then it will transfer to other surfaces. This allows you to mix together different finishes, which makes it easier to achieve a seamless look.

I still prefer the transfer spray for finishing up bare furniture, since you can do it with the same brush, but now you can add other finishes, like a topcoat, or a sealant, or a stain, to help it look even better.

If the finish you’re after is already there, you can use it on top of it by gluing it to the furniture. Just remember to give the furniture a good dusting with a brush.

I did a quick search on the subject and came up with this article with a great example of how to transfer furniture onto bare wood.

the transfer spray is a great way to finish up furniture that is already painted. There are a few drawbacks though: The transfer spray will dry too fast, so you might have to wait a day or two before your furniture is completely dry. If you do have a thick coat of paint on the furniture, you may want to wait until it is completely dry.

If you’re like me, you probably have a couple of pieces of furniture that you’d like to transfer onto bare wood. The best way to do this is by working out a plan to do it yourself. Start by taking a sample of the furniture that you want to transfer first. It should match the dimensions of the new piece. Once you have that, start by applying a light coat of paint to the base. You are now ready to tackle the transfer.

The first step in this process is to apply a thin layer of paint to the base. This will create a surface that will transfer easily. It will also give the furniture a nice, flat, yet smooth look.

Once you have that base, apply a thin layer of paint. This will create a smooth surface that will transfer easily. It will also give the furniture a nice, flat, yet smooth look.

Then you’ll need to mask off the transfer layers. This is where you’ll need to give the surface a high gloss finish. This will allow the paint you applied to transfer easily onto the surface.
