I am at a loss as to what my best option is.
With the economy being what it is today, the housing market is changing. At various times in the last few years, the housing market has been booming, and then it has been hard to find quality houses for sale. The housing market has been extremely volatile lately.
Right now there are very few houses available for sale. However, it appears that there is a huge inventory of houses that are ready for purchase. The problem is getting them for sale. Most of the houses that are available for purchase today are located in the southern part of the United States. Currently, more than 70% of the residences in this area are located in the suburbs because the housing market is so strong.
The sale process for new homes in this area can be slow and frustrating. There are many factors that will be involved in a sale of a home. One of the main ones is the cost of the home. The cost is directly proportional to the square footage of the home, and the price of the home directly affects the resale price. The house that is the object of the sale usually has an appraised value of well over $500,000.
That means we’re talking a lot of money for a lot of square footage. And most of our new home buyers have money to burn and will be looking at a lot of homes.
