Yes it is. I love the way the home looks, but I think they could have made it more creepy. I also really think that the ghost of the guy who died from the explosion is pretty creepy. He looks like a ghost, but he is also the guy who died from the explosion.
This is the one house that we know that it is in fact the real home. And then we get to see that it is empty, so it is a good sign. I also like the fact that the exterior is creepy (although I think it would be better to see the inside of the house if you are going to go in and look for the ghosts.
