This is the only construction site I have visited where I was the only person working. The other two I visited were a home that was being renovated, and the other home had been abandoned for a few years. The construction site had a great turnout, a lot of people, and a wonderful, well-kept lawn.
The construction site I visited was a little more rustic than the others but still good for the price. It had a nice pool, a great landscaping crew, and a fantastic crew of workers. The others I visited were more in the “we used to work here, go to college over here” style. These were two homes that had been abandoned, stripped of all their furnishings, and had to be rebuilt.
I’ve heard great things about this construction site. Although I’ve never been there, I know that it’s a great place for a vacation. You can walk around the property, go to the restaurant, or just come in and just enjoy the view. The price I paid was a low $50 per night. The other homes I had to rent were an $800 and $800 per night.
lindsey construction was a good idea, but there were some unfortunate things to come out of it. Like the fact that these homes were built in the past decade, which means they were not built to last. Or maybe they were built to last, but they were built to last for so long that they started to rot around the inside of the homes, so the structural integrity was questionable. Either way, its not a good sign when a great idea turns out to be a bad idea.
One thing I love about the design of these homes is that they are built to last. The floors are made of concrete which is a very durable material. The exterior walls are made of steel. These walls, floors, and exterior walls are all made to be able to take the elements that come with construction and weather them to make a home to last for a long time. It is a very smart way to build homes. Which is why the idea of hiring a builder was so surprising.
I was surprised to see that the majority of the builders I spoke with at Lindsley had already done construction before the announcement of the homes. Many of them had built homes before, but had no experience building anything similar. I was very surprised by this because the homes are so different from what we know as “mature” homes. They are, in my mind, one of the most sophisticated homes I’ve ever seen.

In a typical situation, one person is working from home and the other person is out of work or unemployed.
