lange funeral home is one of the most authentic and unforced funerals I’ve seen. The man who made it, Don Stokes, is a huge supporter of the arts. He spent most of his life in the music business, and he was an original member of the Grateful Dead. He is also a huge supporter of our local, state, and national parks and the environment. I admire his work ethic and love that he never stops working.
Don Stokes is also such an excellent person. I personally met him through a mutual friend. After a while we became friends and when I was in his living room he put me up in his guest room. He was a great host. I was just blown away by his energy and his ability.
Stokes’s work ethic is legendary. He once took out the entire city of San Diego for garbage and recycling. He has a lot of friends and is very active in his local community. He’s a very generous man, and he’s also a very nice person.
Stokes is truly a great guy. He’s a great guy and he deserves to be remembered. Sadly he died too young. He was only 50.

I think you’ll agree that Stokess was a terrific guy. He was a good guy who loved life and was always smiling. If you didn’t get to know him well, I guess you would have thought he was a jerk.
He was actually quite the jerk, but thats not what makes this story so special.
