I’m going to tell you what i see as a common problem and how you can avoid it and make it easier for you. In my own home, i have a 3rd level inspector. Its just a small building, but i pay him a lot of money to do his job. I have a little bit of a problem with the term inspector. I have to tell him everything. I’m going to call him a “researcher”.
