I’ve known jd construction for over 20 years, as a client, a subcontractor, and in my 20s as one of the few guys in my building business that had managed to stay on top of the building industry. As a result, I’ve seen the challenges and frustrations of the industry and tried to do my level best not to let it impact my work. I’m sure I’m not alone in that.
When I first started looking into jd construction, I found it frustrating, bordering on frustrating, to work with someone who wasn’t ready to be in business. Jd had just opened in 2009 and the company seemed to have no idea what it wanted to be. It was as if it wanted to be a luxury brand, but it wasn’t. In fact, the company had no idea what its product was.
That was until I looked into it. At first, I thought it was a marketing ploy, but I quickly learned that the company was in desperate need of a vision. And the only vision I could provide was no vision at all. The company was in the business of building homes, and the kind of home it wanted to build was one that could be sold only to buyers with a specific set of needs.
But that was not the only problem. The company had no idea what it was building, and so it was only taking on projects that were too big for the company itself to handle. This was very unlike what any other company did. For example, I heard the company was building an office building but had no idea what it was all about.
It’s a home. It’s a construction home. It’s a house. It’s a building. And it’s a project.
This is why many people feel uncomfortable with building their own homes. It is a lot of work, and they have no idea what they are doing. And then when they get the job, the problems continue to occur.
Projects that were too big for the company itself to handle. This was very unlike what any other company did. In fact, it was not only very unlike what the CEO did but an entire company. It was a construction company that just went to the local government and offered them a very attractive price for an office building. It was a home construction company. It was a housing company. And it was a project.
The company, jd construction, was a major home construction company. They started in the seventies and built homes by the thousands. It was a large company and it was a large project. But it was an entirely new kind of project. One that was not based on the size of the project or the size of the company, but on the project itself. They were building new homes. And new homes are expensive.
When I was in school we had to take a class in real estate investing. We had two weeks to look at different neighborhoods, houses, and projects to determine which one was the best fit for us. It was a lot of trial and error. Some years I was never the best at it. Some years it was easy. Other years it was very hard. And it didn’t matter that I was an average student.
I think there is a lot of truth to be said about that. Every year I would take home a portfolio of projects, and we would spend a few weeks looking at the projects. They would be quite different from one another, but I knew that every one of them was worth taking a closer look at. I always had a plan in mind and a desire to learn more about the project. This is why I love going to community meetings.
