I completely agree with you. This is why we use the word “fix”. In fact, I think a lot of people just do not realize that they are trying to fix a problem. I mean, who even notices if they are not fixing themselves? When you are in your own home, you are the one who is the one who notices. I would argue that this is the main reason why people do not go to a remodeler and do a complete overhaul.
I think this is a very important point. A lot of remodeling companies rely on the remodeling industry and go into a remodeler’s market to find the best qualified for the job. This is the “hired gun” that people are trying to get before they get a home. Then, once they get in, people are left to take the job all by themselves.
