We’ve all been there. You have a vision for your home and it looks great on the outside, but inside it doesn’t feel quite as great as you had hoped. Or maybe you’ve just been there and you know you won’t be able to stay for the whole project. Which means you may be able to see how to make it all work.
You know, when you’ve been there, you’ve also been there a lot. We are all susceptible to the same thing when it comes to renovating our homes. It is when the vision is right on the edge of us that it can feel like it’ll be impossible. So, we’ve all been there. We know we can’t stay for the whole thing and that we’ll need to leave.
We’ve all been there. We’ve all been there and made it through without damage. But, one thing we don’t do is think we have it all figured out. If we’ve had it all figured out, we haven’t had it all done.
If youve been there, youve been at home. If youve been there, youve been at home to the vision, but if you have not youve been at home to the vision you are still at home to the vision. This is because the vision is what gets us here, but it is also what gets us off the island.
Fayetteville has long held a reputation for being one of the most livable cities in the state, but the recent influx of new residents has led to a number of problems, including a problem with vacant houses. In fact, one new development had to be closed down last month because local residents were still complaining about the absence of their homes.
This is the second vacant house in a short time that we have seen. In December 2008 I spoke with a group of people who had moved to Fayetteville and they told me they were considering moving to a new home. However, after speaking with a number of other families, I came to the conclusion that many of these families were not living in their homes because they were living with roommates.
We have seen what the city can do when it comes to vacant homes. There are a few examples of recent vacant homes that have been rezoned to make them suitable to live in. However, the city does not consider all vacant homes for rezoning. In most cases, if there are only a few homes to begin with, there are a very large number of people that are willing to live there. The same is true for apartments.
What they can do is make vacant homes suitable to live in. As for apartments, the city has a process to begin with. During the year of the vacancy, they are required to conduct an extensive survey to determine what the apartment population is, what are the amenities that are available, and what are the needs of the community. Next, they have an appraisal to determine if the apartment is economically viable.
Once the cost of the project is determined, the city will provide an environmental impact assessment. This will determine how many trees will be cut down for construction or how much of a footprint the land will have. They will also determine the amount of wetlands necessary to reduce the amount of runoff into waterways.
Now the final step is the project owner will have to sign a building permit which will allow the city to build the new apartment. This can entail additional requirements such as an inspection of the property, and the city will also need to check references.
