I have a collection of crystal-scaled crystals that I just made for the house while I was doing the house cleaning. I’m always thinking about the crystals, but my mind is on the ones that are really important to me; I can’t think of a single one that I haven’t seen before.
What I find interesting is that a lot of the crystals are unique, and I think the crystals I make are pretty unique and eye catching to most people. But to me, that is the difference between a gemstone and a crystal. A gemstone is a solid, unbreakable stone that is pretty much indestructible. A crystal is one that is formed after shaping by the application of heat, pressure, and chemicals. The crystal I make is both.
