This is a big area that will definitely have traffic increases for the new commercial tenants.
I have to say that I am not a fan of Bloomfield Road. It has been a project that has gone through a lot of changes over the years, and the area has always had a bad image. Now that the new building is going up, it seems like a part of the city that people don’t like to be around. It definitely has a bad image now. My biggest beef is that the parking lot is being built in the middle of nowhere.

That’s a lot of walking. This is a big win for the area’s housing market, too, because at least that means more people will be able to afford to live in the area.
