What a beautiful little town! What a quaint community that has grown around the Bearden Funeral Home. I don’t imagine that a funeral home anywhere would be as popular as it is.
It might seem a little silly to talk about death in this context, but at the same time, it would be hard to do this and not make it a big deal, so I’m happy to be here.
The home of the late Bearden is a peaceful little town, full of people who like to share their lives with the people who visit them. It’s not a very large town, so it’s not as busy as say, New Orleans, LA. But it’s pretty much all the same people, and it feels like a community.
The home of the late Bearden is located in an area known as the Bearden Valley, a place that was home to a sizable population of people who were the caretakers of the deceased. It is a quiet little town, and it seems like it’s a good place to be a funeral home.
The town also has a lot of other people who visit for funerals, one of which is the family of a woman who died in a car crash. The man she was in the car with is a big supporter of the funeral home. He is also the main character of the story, and we get a sense of how the relationship between him and the other residents has changed over the years.
The man who was in the car with the deceased woman had to deal with her husband leaving her when she was pregnant with their daughter. He had to deal with her being in a horrible car accident when she was young. This all adds up to a very cold, cold town.

The funeral home is a very small town, so cold is actually a pretty good adjective to describe its feel. Its all about living in a place where you have to be around all the time, where its hard to even exist.
