Courtney said that she is a perfectionist which was kind of a surprise. Im usually not. Im a doer. Im really good at getting work done and getting things done. I do things that I think are important. I am a good communicator. I do what I say I will do. I have a lot of friends who are not. I dont think that it makes me a bad person, she said. Im not a social person nor am I a loner.
At some point you have to admit that Courtney might be a bit of a perfectionist. She is a very private person.

I find that a lot of people with perfectionism are very insecure. They are very protective of their work and their ideas. They don’t let anything bother them.

If she doesnt like something she will create a new way to do it if the idea of it bothers her, or if the problem is too hard to fix, she will try to solve it using other methods.
