You may be wondering, why is it that I make a note that I’m a pro inspector? Well, I’m not. I’m a pro home inspector. As a professional inspector, I’m licensed by the state I live in, and I take an oath to uphold the laws, regulations, and rules that govern homes, properties, and business-type things.
I’ve been in the home inspection industry for over 20 years. Home inspectors are licensed as well as trained and certified. They also have to pass a thorough Home Inspection School and some other training. They then go on to become certified in their field. I find that the certification process is a little different than the inspection process. I’ve been doing home inspections for three years now and have been very successful. I get a lot of referrals from my customers, and many of them are real pros.
In the inspection industry, there are 3 levels of competency.
The first level is the “pro” which is the person who’s been trained in the field. They use many advanced tools that are used by the inspection industry. They’re trained at the inspection school and they also have to pass a thorough inspection school. As for the second level, the “consultant” or “independent” which is not as well trained but still able to pass a lot of home inspections.

In a nutshell, an independent is the most basic type of inspector. The most common level of independency is the “inspector”. The inspector is the person who makes and maintains the field inspection equipment, including the safety and security systems. The inspector has to pass a specialized inspection school, and then pass a test to become a certified independent. The consultant is the second level of independency. The consultant is the person who inspects the work done by the independent.
The consultant is the person who is responsible for the inspector. He is responsible for the safety and security systems of the inspection equipment, and is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is used properly.
The most important thing to remember, the consultant may not be able to inspect the work done by the inspector. That’s because the inspector may be in some other country, the inspector may be on the other side of the world, the inspector may not have the money to pay for the consultant, or the inspector may be overburdened. They all affect the inspection.
To avoid this, the inspector may ask the consultant to inspect each side of the work and then they will compare the results together and figure out the overall results. This is a very convenient way of doing the job, but it can also be very misleading. The inspector may not get anywhere with the consultant, they may not get anywhere with each other, or they may simply get nowhere at all.
Indoor inspections can be a great way to save money, and can also be a great way to save the inspector from becoming a pain in the ass. On my last job I had an extremely large contractor do a fairly large job and then I got the inspector to inspect it. For the contractor to do the inspection, he had to do it every time he finished the job so that the inspector knew exactly what he had on the job.
