Green Mountain Furniture is a lifestyle business that produces high end, contemporary furniture for homes, businesses, and institutions. We offer both private and corporate clients a full range of furniture that is durable, beautiful, comfortable, and easy to maintain.
We specialize in custom furniture, but we also work with some of the world’s most prestigious institutions, including the Smithsonian, the White House, and the Vatican. The company is a family business founded in 1990 by three businesswomen with three children, but they still have the same core values as when they started out: quality, craftsmanship, and uncompromising customer service.
We’re a small family-owned company based in the heart of the Boston area. Our staff includes four full-time employees and 16 part-time employees, and we have a team of over 100 people who help us with everything from the design of our furniture to the installation of our furniture.
The company sells a range of furnishings and home decor in its own line, and we also sell our furniture through a company called Zumtweets.com (which you should really read about because it’s really cool). We have a great relationship with the team at Zumtweets and have been able to help them a lot by providing a variety of designs of our furniture.
This week we’re working with a young designer and illustrator called Daniela. She’s been working with us for the past year and a half and has just signed a contract with Zumtweets. She’s been working with our furniture for about a year and has designed a set of furniture that is in our line that is designed by the team at Zumtweets.
The designers at Zumtweets are very good at creating custom furniture that are both very responsive and really functional. The designer was able to give us a little bit of feedback and help us improve the design of the furniture. We’ve also received lots of feedback from several of our readers and clients, including our own brand ambassadors and our own publisher, who are really into the design of our furniture.
