I am a construction contractor who works in the residential and commercial construction industry. I am also the owner of South Bend in South Bend, a well-known remodeling company in the metro area.

With your work ethic, I would guess you would have to be a very hard worker. I mean, I dont know how to do this, I couldnt have just gotten out of bed and started working, and I cant tell you how many times I have asked myself the same question. So I decided it was time to get serious.

I would certainly not suggest that you should be a perfectionist. Although, I would say that the best thing you can do is make sure that you are working hard. Even if you don’t feel like it, it is critical to get work done on a regular basis. However, the second you have some downtime, you should try to do whatever makes you feel productive. And that is, to make sure that you are not doing anything that you are not feeling productive about.

This is one of those things that I think a lot of people forget to do. And that is, they feel good about themselves when they are doing things that they feel good about. Not even something as simple as sitting in a chair with your feet up. I think that if you just sit there and do nothing, you will feel like a fraud. You will feel like the greatest person on the planet. But if you actually work, you will feel like a fraud.

One of the reasons I’ve come to think of remodeling as work is because I think of it as the act of putting stuff back together again. It’s not about selling stuff, it’s not about spending, it’s not even about creating wealth. It’s about fixing up a house, fixing a room, putting up some new curtains, refinishing a table, putting up new walls. If someone wants to buy a new house, they are going to have to renovate it.

Well, maybe not the whole house, but the room that you are in. A room doesn’t need to be fixed to be remodeled. A room can be remodeled and have a new look, not a new room. A room can be improved and become the new living room of a house with a new kitchen and a new bathroom. And the best part is that you don’t need to be a real professional to remodel a room in your house.
