As I prepare to tell the world about new home sales, I often reflect back on the many conversations I’ve had around the topic throughout the years. I am no stranger to the subject as I’ve been a new home sales consultant for many years.
I think the reason that so many people have been resistant to the sales process is because they feel like they are being sold something they don’t want to buy. I do think that there are some people that really are just not ready to sell their house, but then they feel like they are being “sold” something they aren’t ready to buy.
