I mean, I get that it’s a job, but I thought that a pro would have a kitchen full of food, and not just some random ingredients. But as it turns out, Melissa has a degree in culinary arts.

She has a degree in food and beverage management and a bachelor of science in business administration. I would say her experience as a chef is more in the form of a culinary master’s degree. She has spent more time at a restaurant, and more time in front of a fork than most of us who have gone to culinary school.
