This week, the news began to spread of an apparent death following the death of another in the medical community. It has been a sad week in the medical field, but more so the death of a family member.

McSwain had been a leader in the field of the medical field for a long time and was an avid supporter of the American College of Surgeons. He had a lot of friends in the medical community, and this was the first time he was being honored at the funeral last week.

I know it seems like Ive said this before, but I want you to know that I totally sympathize with all of the people who lost someone they love. I would have loved to be a part of that group, and Im sure that McSwain would have loved to see these obits. I don’t know of any other deaths that I have personally lost that I would feel the same way about.
I do have to say that I really wish McSwain had been here to see all these articles. Its sad to see all the good news that is coming out of this event. What a tragedy. I really hope McSwain is reading all of them. I really do.
