I think a lot of people get a bit of a confused look when they see my name. I don’t think I am in the least bit confused, but if it is a real issue, I would like to correct it before I ever make eye contact with a customer. I also think it is important to mention that I am not the kind of person that would spend my life in a sawmill.

I don’t know about you, but I like my saws. I’ve been in one since I was 14 and have seen close to 200,000 cuts. At the very least it’s fun to get my hands dirty. However, I have been known to have a bit of an obsession for saws. In fact, my wife and I have had a bit of a rivalry over who can build the newest saw in the house with the least amount of tools.

I don’t know. I always wondered about this. I think part of it is that I’ve never worked with saws before. I work with power tools.

The sawmill is a large toolbox that contains a saw, miter box, router, a drill, and a table saw. It seems kind of like a small version of the assembly line.
