There is a very strong, steady demand for new and affordable housing in the area.
In general, I agree with the premise, but I would argue that the market right now isn’t strong enough to provide for a reliable income. We are constantly being faced with the need to choose between a good paying job or an apartment. That is a tricky decision if you are at the wrong place at the wrong time. In some parts of the country, the lack of good paying jobs is driving people away from the community.
I think it is difficult to understand why people are in such a hurry to buy and build houses, since most of the housing stock in the midwest is still relatively old. And even if people are buying new homes, the demand for apartments is still very strong. In general, I believe the reason for the strong demand for new homes is that people are looking for a comfortable place to live.
I think I may be in the minority, but I have not seen the midwest as a place where people are buying homes. In fact, I have seen the opposite of that in my own town. Because this is the most affordable major shopping center in the country, a lot of people have started looking for new homes in the area. This means that the supply may be even lower than the demand is. So, if you want to secure a new home in the midwest, you need to find a location that has a lot of demand.
