I love funeral homes. I grew up in one and visited all the ones in my hometown. I really enjoyed the fact that in most of the states, funeral homes are required to be registered or licensed, meaning that they conform to local regulations.
Funerals and funeral homes are a popular topic during the holidays. A lot of people go to the funeral home in the middle of the day just to say a last good-bye. Some people go to a funeral home at night to say a last good-bye. If you like funeral homes, you might like Bryant Grant.
Bryant Grant is a funeral home in Baltimore, Maryland. It wasn’t the first funeral home to open in the state, and it wasn’t the most famous. But it was the one that first brought the idea of funeral homes to the forefront. It’s a very upscale funeral home, with four distinct locations in two different parts of town. But it’s the one that took a risk.
In order to get more famous, Bryant Grant had to make a risk. Its not just that the funeral home has the most to lose, its that a few very wealthy, powerful people might lose their power. That’s what happens when you build a funeral home, you just move one person out of the way. But you also move another in. These people werent going to lose their money, but they would lose their power, and that’s a lot more than just one person.
When I got to the funeral home this afternoon, I was told there were people waiting for my arrival. They were going to escort me inside to meet people who would escort me out. But instead of sitting at the desk and waiting to be escorted outside, I just wandered around the building. I guess I just felt more at home here.
Bryant Grant Funeral Home isn’t your typical funeral home, it’s a funeral home that’s about as close to a retirement home as you can get. But since it’s only a tiny, tiny, tiny part of this community (there’s only about a dozen families who still pay for their services), it’s easy to stay close to the familiar.
The reason I was so drawn to this place was because there were two of my friends from high school who were both there. One was the man who had been my friend and roommate for three years straight, and the other was Brandon. The two of them were inseparable, they were best friends, but not the best of friends. They were the two people who had the biggest impact on me while I was alive. They had a place where they could come and talk to me about anything.
The first time I ever saw them was when I was a freshman in high school, they were in the hall behind my dorm. I was walking from one room to another and saw them walk by me. I didn’t know what to say, and I was trying to figure out where to begin. I didn’t understand why I didn’t know them. I just knew they were two of the most amazing people I had ever met, and I wondered where they were.
For the most part, we hear a lot about how important it is to live your dreams. The problem is that most people think they can just do that.
That’s one of the most common assumptions people make. That they can just do that. But the truth is, most people can’t do that. Most people can do one, but not the other. A lot of people have the thought that they can do everything, and then they end up not doing anything at all.
